Cuppa Culprit?

I’ve been a big drinker of tea for all my adult life. There is nothing like a hot, sweet cuppa to make you feel good / better.
During my pregnancy, I cut down quite a lot, allowing myself just a cup in the morning, replacing the other ones by herbal teas.
Since Lucas has been born, I slowly but surely started to drink more tea.
And complaining that he wasn’t sleeping during the day.
Then, a conversation with my mother turned out to be a lightbulb moment: What if it was the caffeine contained the tea passing through to my milk supply that was preventing him to sleep?
So, from now on, I’m off tea. We’ll see if that helps…
Oh and Lucas is having a morning nap, as I type this quickie post.
